Two Career Pathways Available

Direct Company Sponsorship Pathway
In some cases, applicants may already be connected with a U.S.-based aviation company prior to enrollment. Under this pathway, the partnered employer may support the applicant’s TN Visa process from beginning to end while the student completes FAA certification training and transitions into employment opportunities within the United States.

AMT Mexico Workforce Partnership Pathway
Qualified applicants may also choose to independently invest in their FAA certification process through AMT Mexico. Under specific program agreements and successful completion requirements, America’s Best AMT Mexico may assist in facilitating placement opportunities through our partnered U.S. aviation workforce network. Candidates may then transition into employment opportunities with participating aviation companies aligned with their experience, career goals, and preferred compensation structure.
